Day 1, June 22 (Sat.): Arrival in Ashgabat at 09:00.

Meet at the airport. Check in at the hotel. Drive to Kow Ata via visits of Nissa (UNESCO site), Turkmenbashy mosque and mausoleum and Geokdepe Fortress on the way. Return to Ashgabat. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 2, June 23 (Sun.): Ashgabat – Mary (morning flight, 07:00-07:40) – Ancient Merv – Mary – Ashgabat (evening flight 17:40 – 18:20)

Transfer to the airport and further flight to Mary. Drive to Ancient Merv (UNESCO site) for sightseeing. Afternoon visit to History museum of Merv region. Evening flight to Ashgabat. Transfer to the hotel on arrival. Overnight.

Day 3, June 24 (Mon.): Ashgabat – Turkmenbashi (morning flight, 08:30-09:25) – Yangikala – Turkmenbashi (road transfer 350 km.)

Transfer to the airport for flight to Turkmenbashi. Arrival at 09:25. Upon arrival visits of Russian Orthodox church and local bazaar for food and drinks for lunch. Afterwards drive to Yangikala Canyons. Explore the canyons area. Return to Turkmenbashi and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Turkmenbashi.

Day 4, June 25 (Tue.): Turkmenbashi – Ashgabat (by morning flight at 10:25-11:20) – Darvaza (road transfer 300 km.)

Transfer to the airport for flight to Ashgabat. Upon arrival city tour with visits to Arch of Neutrality, Monument of Independence and Russian market to stock up with food and drinks. Afternoon drive to Darvaza gas crater by located in the middle of Karakum Desert 4WD car. Arrive at Darvaza, explore the gas craters, first full of water, and second the sulfur - muddy. Leave the road and venture in the desert to see the flaming gas crater. Arrive at the crater and set up the camp. Enjoy a delicious fire-cooked meal near the burning gas crater. Overnight in tents.

Day 5, June 26 (Wed.):  Darvaza – Ancient KoneUrgench – Shavat land border – Khiva

After breakfast transfer to the land border with Uzbekistan. En route visit the ancient city of Kone Urgench (UNESCO site). Further drive to the land border, passing the border formalities. Meet Uzbek driver on Uzbek side. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Khiva.

Day 6, June 27 (Thu.): Khiva – Urgench – Bukhara

After breakfast sightseeing tour in Khiva. Visit a UNESCO World Heritage site Ichan-Qala fortress. In Ichan-Qala fortress visit Kunya-Ark, SayeedAlauddin Mausoleum, Arab-Mukhamadkhan Madrasah, Oq-Masjid Mosque, Madrasah of HodjanBerdi-biya, Shirgazikhan Madrasah, Abdullakhan Madrasah, Juma Mosque, Allakulikhan Madrasah, Tosh-Khovli Palace, PakhlavanMakhmud Mausoleum, Minaret of Islom-Khoja .

At 19:00 transfer to domestic airport flight to Bukhara at 21:00 arriving in Bukhara at 22:00. Arrival in Bukhara, transfer to the hotel.

Day 7, June 28 (Fri.): Full Day in Bukhara

After breakfast start walking sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Visit LyabiHauz Ensemble, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Chor-Minor Madrasah, trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Ismail Samani and Chashma-Ayub mausoleums.

Duration of sightseeing tour: 6-7 hours

Day 8, June 29 (Sat.): Bukhara – Samarkand 

Breakfast. Start the second day with a visit to SitoraiMokhi-Khosa – summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir, unique site combining Oriental and Russian architecture. Continue to BakhouddinNaqshbandi Mausoleum and Chor-Bakr Necropolis. In the afternoon take the high-speed Afrosiyob train 15:52-17:20 or overland transfer. Arrive in Samarkand, transfer and check in to the hotel.

Day 9, June 30 (Sun.): Samarkand – Tashkent 

After breakfast, Samarkand sightseeing tour. Visit spectacular Registan Square, Gur Emir Mausoleum – authentic shrine of Tamerlane, remains of BibiKhahum mosque, Siab Bazaar, Ulugbek observatory.

At 16:30 transfer to the railway station to take the high-speed Afrosiyob train departing at 17:30 (300 km, 2 h 10 m) and arriving in Tashkent at 19:40. Pick-up and transfer to the hotel.

Day 10, July 1 (Mon.): Tashkent - Almaty (by flight, 15:25–17:55)

Guided sightseeing in the capital of Uzbekistan. You will start with exploring the Old City. Visit Khast-Imam Complex where the world famous Quran, holy book, of Caliph Uthman has been preserved. The complex consists of Barak-Khan Madrasah, TillyaSheykh Mosque, Saint Abu BakrKaffalShashi Mausoleum and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari. Continue to Chorsu Bazaar. Then take a ride on Tashkent Metro to the city center, stroll around Amir Timur Square and Independence Square.

In the afternoon flight to Almaty. Arrive and transfer to the hotel.

Day 11, July 2 (Tue.): Exploring Almaty

Your guide and driver will meet you at hotel lobby to start the sightseeing tour in Almaty: visit Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, Republic Square, Central State Museum of Kazakhstan. Enjoy panoramic view at Kok-Tobe Hill, visit Medeo Gorge.

Day 12, July 3 (Wed.): Almaty – Charyn Canyon – Almaty

Your guide and driver will meet you at hotel lobby in Almaty. Depart Almaty and drive to Charyn canyon (220km, 3-4h). Arrive in canyon. Have some time for picnic and rest. After that walk along canyon and enjoy its beautiful view. In the afternoon return to Almaty.

Day 13, July 4 (Thu.): Almaty – Tamgaly – Almaty – Astana (by evening train)

Your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby in Almaty. Depart Almaty and drive to Tamgaly (170km, 2-3h) - a picturesque place that attracts many tourists. Tamgaly petroglyphs - one of the oldest and most striking monuments of rock art of Zhetisu, which is included to the World Heritage List of UNESCOsince 2004. There are about 2,000 drawings in the main gorge.

En route enjoy the amazing scenery of beautiful natural landscapes. Arrive in Tamgaly. Have some time for picnic and rest. Walk around the valley to see petroglyphs. In the afternoon return to Almaty.

Transfer to the train station, take an evening train to Astana (965 km). Overnight in the train.

Day 14, July 5 (Fri.): Exploring Astana

Early morning arrival in Almaty. Your guide and driver will meet you at the train station to start sightseeing tour in the capital of Kazakhstan. Visit “Old center” that was famous as the town of merchants in the past. Visit Millennium Axis line named by KishoKurokawa, chief architect and creator of Astana general layout. Visit Astana Opera building, the Round Square with numerous fountains. Continue to Nurzhol and Green Water boulevards with skyscrapers of exceptional architectural forms. You will go up the Bayterek monument and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view at the top of the monument and observation tower. The city tour will be rounded up with a visit to Khan-Shatyr, shopping and entertainment center.

Day 15, July 6 (Sat.): Astana - Departure

Check out hotel till noon. Transfer to the airport according your departure flight time. Farewell. End of the tour.
